Terms of Service

Effective from 2026.

1. Scope of Services

These terms govern the provision of legal services for the IT sector on the domain eryndel.top, offered by Eryndel. By engaging our offerings, Clients agree to comply with these terms.

2. Definitions

Services refers to personalized legal advice, consultancy, and representation related to information technology matters.
Info Products refers to digital manuals, recorded webinars, and downloadable resources.
Goods refers to tangible documents or materials delivered physically.

3. Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery. Failure to do so may lead to delays or adjustments in scope.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are due as specified in the issued invoice. Payments are processed via the selected channel during checkout.

5. Scheduling and Deliverables

Upon full payment, Services commence on the agreed date. Info Products become available immediately after payment confirmation. Goods are dispatched within five business days.

6. Refund Policy

Our refund arrangements differ by offering type as follows.

6.1 Services

Clients may request a full refund within seven days of payment if no substantive work has commenced. Once significant work begins, Services are nonrefundable due to the tailored nature of our efforts. Clients may request a transfer or reschedule by contacting us at least five days before the scheduled date.

6.2 Info Products

Digital manuals and webinar recordings are eligible for a refund within fourteen days of purchase if less than twenty percent of the content has been accessed. Requests must be submitted via the contact form. Refunds will be processed within ten days of approval.

6.3 Goods

Clients may send tangible deliverables back to us within thirty days of delivery if they remain unused. To arrange shipment, request approval via the contact form. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund within ten days of inspection.

7. Confidentiality

We will treat all Client information as confidential and will not disclose it except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability under these terms is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the relevant offering.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Qatar.
